Thank you for shopping with WRDROB. We work hard to deliver quality products and a smooth experience. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
By purchasing from WRDROB, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. However, to maintain hygiene, quality, and fair pricing for all customers, we follow a limited and strictly quality-based return policy.
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

The product has been used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

The original tags, labels, brand packaging, or accessories are missing or damaged.
- The product is returned simply because the customer “doesn’t like it”, “changed their mind”, or “no longer needs it”.

The product is a free gift, freebie, or part of a special promotion where returns are clearly not allowed.
Our returns are accepted only for valid issues, as explained below.
2. Products Eligible for Return / Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery only if:

You received a wrong product (different size, color, or item than what you ordered), or
-
You received a product that is defective or damaged on arrival.
In such cases, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:

Exchange for the same product (subject to stock availability), or
-
Store credit / coupon, or
-
Refund, as per the situation and our internal verification.
We may ask for clear photos or videos of the product and packaging to verify the issue before approving any request.
Important: Products must be in unused, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. If the item appears used, washed, stained, or altered, the return request will be rejected.
3. Sale, Discounted & Offer Items
To keep prices attractive during sales and offers, we follow a stricter policy for discounted items:

Sale / Discounted / Offer items are not eligible for return or refund.

However, you may request an exchange for a different size of the same product (if available in stock) within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for exchange of sale items:

Only size exchange is allowed, Allowed Some Times For style or product change.

The product must be in unused, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.

If the required size is not available, we may offer store credit / coupon at our discretion.

If the item shows signs of use, perfume, stains, damage, or missing tags, the exchange will be rejected and the product will be returned back to you.
4. Products Not Eligible for Any Return or Exchange
For hygiene and safety reasons, no return or exchange is accepted for the following categories (except in cases of wrong/damaged product on arrival):

Innerwear, lingerie, socks

Beauty, personal care, grooming items
-
Free gifts, freebies, giveaways
-
Items marked as “Final Sale”, “Non-Returnable”, or similar.
These conditions are clearly mentioned on the product page wherever applicable.
5. Condition of Products for Return / Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange (where allowed), the product must:

Be in completely unused and unworn condition.

Have all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
-
Be free from stains, marks, perfume smells, sweat, makeup, or any signs of wear.

Not be washed, altered, ironed at high temperature, or damaged.
If, upon inspection, we find that the returned product:

Seems used or worn,
-
Has stains, perfumes, deodorant marks, or
-
Is not in its original condition,
we reserve the right to reject the return/exchange and send the product back to you. In such cases, no refund or replacement will be issued.
6. Return / Exchange Request Process (7-Day Window)
To request a return or exchange (only where eligible):

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Share your Order ID, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

Provide clear photos/videos of:

The product,
-
The defect (if any), and
-
The outer packaging and labels.

Our team will review your request and inform you if it is approved or rejected according to this policy.

If approved, we will share:

Pickup details, or
-
Return address and instructions, depending on your location and courier availability.
Returns sent to us without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. Refunds (Where Applicable)
If a refund is approved (for eligible cases):

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, as decided by us.

It may take 5–10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and handling fees (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law.
In case an item was purchased using a discount coupon, store credit, or during a sale, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
8. Exchanges
Where exchanges are allowed (for eligible products):

We will ship the replacement product after the returned item passes our quality check.

If the desired size or item is out of stock, we may offer store credit or a similar alternative product, at our discretion.
9. Cancellations

Orders can typically only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once your order is packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

In such cases, you may need to follow the return/exchange process (if eligible under this policy).
