Thank you for shopping with WRDROB. We are committed to delivering your order in a fast, safe and reliable way, anywhere in India.


1. Pan-India Shipping

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India (Pan-India coverage).

  • There is no minimum order value for shipping.

  • All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.


2. Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid and COD orders across India.

  • No hidden packaging or handling charges.

  • Any additional fees (if applicable in rare cases) will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay.


3. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Once your order is placed on WRDROB, our team starts processing it quickly.

  • Order processing time: 1–4 working days

  • Dispatch time: Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 4 days from the date of order.

Processing includes order confirmation, quality check, packing, and handover to the courier company.

Note: During sale periods, festive seasons, or unexpected surges in orders, processing and dispatch times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support.



4. Delivery Timeframes

After your order has been dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch for most locations in India.

  • Metro and Tier-1 cities usually receive orders on the faster side of this range.

  • Remote or non-metro areas may take closer to 7 days.

These are estimated timelines and can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Festive / holiday rush

  • Operational issues at the courier’s end


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation message/email

  • A tracking ID / link to track your shipment in real time

You can also track your order from the “Track Order” section on our website (if enabled) using your order details.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If you are not available:

  • They may contact you via call/SMS.

  • If all attempts fail, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, we will contact you to confirm if you want the order to be re-shipped (additional shipping charges may apply in some cases).


7. Address & Contact Details

Please make sure to provide:

  • A complete and correct delivery address

  • An active mobile number where you can be reached

WRDROB will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address/contact details provided by the customer.


8. Undelivered / Returned to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept the package

We will contact you to confirm the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Re-ship the order (with or without additional charges), or

  • Process a refund as per our refund/return policy (if applicable).


9. Damaged, Opened, or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  1. Please do not accept the parcel.

  2. Ask the delivery person to mark it as “Return to Sender”.

  3. Inform our support team immediately with your order details and, if possible, photos.

We will investigate with the courier partner and assist you with a replacement or suitable resolution as per our policy.
